Customer Bed Bug Treatment Preparation: SUMMARY
  • AFTER REMOVING ALL CLOTHING, SHEETS, AND OTHER FABRIC MATERIALS,
    LAUNDER AND PLACE THEM IN A DRYER ON HIGH HEAT FOR 10 MINUTES.  
    HEAT WILL KILL BED BUGS. (DO NOT HEAT ITEMS THAT MAY SHRINK OR BE
    DAMAGED BY HEAT.) PLACE ITEMS IN SEALED PLASTIC BAGS OR CONTAINERS.
    BE CAREFUL NOT TO MAKE THE ROOM CLUTTERED AFTER PREPARING.
  • cabinets/ shelving units- clear and place all items in sealed plastic bags.
  • dressers- clear and place all items in sealed plastic bags.
  • closets- clear and place all items in sealed plastic bags.
  • all beds- strip mattresses and place contents in sealed plastic bags
  • vacuum all floors and furniture and mop all floors
  • keep items in sealed bags until infestation is completely eliminated
  • get rid of clutter.
  • All rooms to be treated should be cleared of everything except
    electronics, furniture and floor covering for best results.
  • Place all wall hangings on the floor below where it hangs
